BBC’s Bargain Hunt came to film in Sheffield in June. Presenter Danny Sebastian spent a morning learning about Robert Marnock and the history of the Botanical Gardens for a segment that will feature in the programme this Autumn.

Filming took place in the bear pit, on the main broad walk, in the rose garden, inside the pavilions and in front of the Victorian bedding. As part of the segment, Danny will be seen chatting with Jill Sinclair, a Friend of the Gardens and one of the organisers of Celebrating Marnock.
