To help supporters who may be thinking of this form of planned giving, the Trust has prepared a brochure which provides more information and suggested wordings for you to discuss with your solicitor.

During 2016, the Sheffield Botanical Gardens Trust became a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) with a new charity number 1162566. The original Registered Charity (1057845) is now linked to the new CIO – but supporters should now quote the new charity number (1162566) when preparing any legal documents such as wills.
